Hello Families,

This is an extra communication this week as we head toward Winter Break after next week (Winter Break – Dec. 19 – January 2, 2023) and the end of 2022!  School resumes Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

Picture Retakes have been rescheduled to take place next Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2022.  This will happen from 9:30-11:30 AM that morning.

To have a last week of fun before break we are having Spirit Days, organized by our Student Council!  Here are the days/themes:  Monday, Dec. 12 – Ugly Sweater, Tuesday, Dec. 13 – Holiday Character Day, Wednesday, Dec. 14 – Candy Cane Day, Thursday, Dec. 15 – Crazy Sock Day, Friday, Dec. 16 – Winter Wonderland Color War Day – Green = Kinder-Second Grades, Red = Third – Fifth Grades, Support Staff = White.
We are also having a Holiday Canned Food Drive next week.  Please see the information in the flyer that was sent home.

Lastly, our Arlington Giving Pantry is up and running!  If you need food for your children’s lunches/meals during the two weeks off, please feel free to come by and take what you need this coming week.  We also have other supplies like toiletries, socks, etc. for those who may need them.  Come check it out in our main office!  Please see the pictures below of the Giving Pantry!
